Refund policy

Refunds and returns

You can return an unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund if you change your mind. It must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. Return postage for a change of mind return is at your cost.

If a product is faulty, it is covered by our 12 month warranty and by the Australian Consumer Law. We replace faulty paddles and cover the return postage. Where a replacement is not possible we refund you in full.

To start a return, email team@courtcarbon.com with your order number. Refunds are made to the original payment method within five business days of the product reaching us.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
