These terms apply to every purchase from courtcarbon.com, which is operated by Green Telescope Pty Ltd (ABN 28 607 343 135), trading as Court Carbon.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a product is unavailable after you order, we tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our Returns page, Refund policy and Warranty page form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product information

We describe our products honestly. Specifications such as weight are approximate and can vary slightly between paddles. Images are for illustration.

Use of the site

You may not use our site for anything unlawful, or copy our content, images or brand without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the price paid. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
