Court Carbon is a brand of Green Telescope Pty Ltd (ABN 28 607 343 135). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

When you order, register interest or contact us we collect your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and the details of your order or enquiry. When you visit our site we collect usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including pages viewed and products added to a cart.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, to answer your questions and warranty claims, to tell you about Court Carbon products, offers and launch news where you have agreed to hear from us, and to improve our site and service.

SMS and email messages

If you give us your mobile number or email address and agree to hear from us, we may send you messages about your order and about Court Carbon. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We share information with the services that help us run the business: payment providers, our fulfilment and delivery partners, our email and SMS providers and our analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Your information is stored on secure systems in Australia and overseas with providers we have assessed. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing team@courtcarbon.com. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
