12 month Australian warranty
Every Court Carbon paddle is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, handled in Australia.
If a paddle has a manufacturing fault within that time, we replace it. We do not repair paddles and we do not send you to an overseas supplier.
What is covered
- Delamination of the face or separation of the edge guard
- Core failure, including dead spots that develop through normal play
- Handle or grip faults that are not the result of wear
What is not covered
- Normal wear of the grip, overgrip and face texture
- Scratches, chips and scuffs from ball and court contact
- Damage from impact with hard surfaces, misuse, or modification of the paddle
How to make a claim
Email us with your order number, a short description and two or three photos of the fault. We reply within one business day and, where the fault is covered, arrange a replacement straight away.
Your rights under Australian law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is in addition to those rights.
